In my real estate exchanging days<\/strong>, I would often give talks to real estate and exchange groups<\/strong> about money, cash, and<\/strong> notes, <\/strong>and how these three can be combined to increase your money making power<\/strong>. To be really<\/strong> smart<\/strong> in real estate and exchanging, (which is simply buying and selling) you must absorb<\/strong> the idea that all money is not cash<\/strong>, all cash is not money<\/strong>, and notes<\/strong> can be both<\/strong>. When you take back a note, or trade a note for something else of value, <\/strong>you have made that note a form of money<\/strong>. Trade Good Paper At Face Value For Bad Paper At A Discount; Then Fix The Problem <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 6. Buy Note At A Discount And Trade At Face Value <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 7. Wrap An Existing Note (Increase Yields)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 8.
