To be <strong>really<\/strong> <strong>smart<\/strong> in real estate and exchanging, (which is simply buying and selling) you must <strong>absorb<\/strong> the idea that <strong>all money is not cash<\/strong>, <strong>all cash is not money<\/strong>, and <strong>notes<\/strong> <strong>can be both<\/strong>. When you take back a note, <strong>or trade a note for something else of value, <\/strong>you have made that <strong>note a form of money<\/strong>. Since <strong>notes can be used the same as money<\/strong>, let&#8217;s look at some of the <strong>different ways notes can be used to acquire real estate and make you richer in all<\/strong> <strong>your investing.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>WEALTH BUILDING TECHNIQUES USING NOTES&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<strong>1. Create A Note On Existing Property And Trade For Real Estate Or Personal Property<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;2. Buy With Cash And Sell With Paper.&nbsp; Keep The Note&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;3. Trade Existing Note At Face Value For Real Estate Or Personal Property&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>&nbsp;4. Trade Note At A Discount For Real Estate Or Personal Property<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>&nbsp;5. Trade Good Paper At Face Value For Bad Paper At A Discount; Then Fix The Problem&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>&nbsp;6.&nbsp; Buy Note At A Discount And Trade At Face Value&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;7. &nbsp; Wrap An Existing Note (Increase Yields)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;8. &nbsp; Refinance, And Then Sell Using A Second Or Wrap<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;9. \u201cWalk\u201d The Note To Other Property&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10. Hypothecate The Note&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>11. Sell With Note The Sell All The Payments&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>12. Make Change (Break Up Note)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>13. Buy With Cash, Sell With Note Then Sell A Partial&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>14. Buy Your Own Note Before Selling Or Refinancing&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>15. Buy At Wholesale, Trade At Face And Crank Cash&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>16. Build In A discount&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>17. Compensating Cash Flows&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>18. Bust Balloons&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>19. Sweetener, Plus Paper, Then Buy Or Exchange.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I stopped at 20 possibilities because the number of <strong>wealth increasing<\/strong> <strong>techniques using notes<\/strong> is <strong>never ending<\/strong>\u2026especially when you <strong>combine some of these incredibly powerful note tools<\/strong>. Remember, that <strong>wealth building &#8216;options&#8217; are endless<\/strong> using the <strong>power of notes<\/strong>. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Did I just mention the word \u201c<strong>options<\/strong>\u201d?
