Tom Henderson
aka THE NOTE PROFESSOR™

Tom graduated from Texas A&M University in Commerce with a degree in Finance and Economics. These 2 majors made a perfect match for entering the field of real estate investing and financing.
Tom began his real estate career in the 1980's in the complex field of exchanging real estate. Tom was introduced into areas of creative financing and real estate notes upon attending his first note education workshop in 1980. He learned the concepts of the time value of money and learned them well. Tom immediately started applying his knowledge to purchase notes at prices that were maximum value to both note seller and buyer.
Investing in real estate for almost a half a century, Tom became well versed in "no money down” techniques, and creative financing to both purchase and dispose of property. Over the years he has become well known for sharing his knowledge freely.
Tom applies the same principles of purchasing and selling notes to buying and liquidating real estate. His advanced techniques of utilizing notes for the acquisition of real estate, as well as creative exit strategies are recognized by amateurs and professionals alike as some of the most powerful methods to create wealth by investing in real estate in today’s market.
Because of his no nonsense, creative techniques, Tom receives calls nationwide asking for his advice and expertise. Tom is a sought-after speaker and writer, who teaches powerful, "money in your pocket" methods of acquiring and disposing of real estate. His specialty is owner finance notes and applying the wonders of time value of money as a practical vehicle for creating wealth and enjoying “obscene yields”. Tom is famous for turning "poor quality" notes into astronomical yields, and his ability to satisfy both the buyers' and sellers' needs through owner financing.
Tom presently is president of H&P Capital Investments LLC, which is a successful company that purchases owner financed notes. Because of his expertise and hard work, Tom can put together note transactions that others will pass on.
